Rural Awareness For Integrated Development Society

We see the development of society as a whole, where marginalized sections are also at par. They must have access to education, agricultural training, etc. and become a wagon to an egalitarian society.

RAIDS, is a non-profit organization that legally came into existence in 2002 in Adilabad, Telangana. The society was promoted by seven visionaries hailing from different walks of life, who were actively engaged in public welfare activities in their yester years. Right from its inception, RAIDS has been promoting social components, especially in the specific thematic areas of Women Empowerment, Environment Awareness, Women Farmers Clubs, Agriculture Development, Animal Husbandry Development, Horticulture Development, and farmer development, for the marginalized population living in 10 Mandals spread across the KB Asifabad and Mancherial districts, respectively, in Telangana State. The sole intention of this organization is to fulfill the following vision and missions perceived by the promoters. Our organization's work has laid its emphasis primarily on the core issues of society, right from education for the under privileged, Environmental Education, Sustainable Livelihood, Child Rights, Community Development, Health of the communities, Empowerment for the deserving youth and women, Sustainable Agricultural practices in rural India and of course, disaster management programs.
